NAIROBI (Reuters) - A grenade wounded 10 people at a church on Sunday in a working class area of the Kenyan capital, police said. "Somebody threw a hand grenade into a congregation inside the church and 10 of them were injured and rushed to various hospitals by the other worshippers," Charles Owino, deputy spokesman for the Kenyan police told Reuters.

One dead, more than dozen hurt as storm rips through baseball party tent (Reuters) - One person was killed and more than a dozen others injured on Saturday when a thunderstorm packing high winds blew down a beer tent on to baseball fans celebrating after a St. Louis Cardinals' game, police said. Several of those injured when the tent blew over were listed in critical condition at area hospitals, St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer Sherri Bruns told Reuters.
